Depending on what the carpet is made from will have a huge bearing on drying times. For instance, a natural fibre such as wool absorbs moisture, where as a synthetic carpet will shrug off moisture.
Our methods will change depending on the type of carpet and the level of soil and stains involved. Many of the untrained or cheaper carpet cleaners will only have one method to clean which can and will result in over wetting, which then increases drying times.
If a carpet cleaner is advertising low prices it’s usually for a reason; a job which would take a professional 2 hours simply cannot be carried out in 1 hour whilst achieving the same results.
