ProSteamUK is an independently owned and operated family business. The same person will take your call, book you in and carry out the cleaning, plus we are there to offer advice and support before, during and after our visit!

I called ProSteamUK to inquire about the price for interior car cleaning, but the experience was disappointing. They rudely told me they couldn’t provide a price and informed me that they don’t offer interior car cleaning services until … More April. I explained that I simply wanted to know the price for comparison purposes, but they were abrupt and hung up the call. This level of unprofessionalism was surprising, and I would not recommend them based on this interaction.
Thank you for responding, but I’d like to clarify my experience. I fully understood that you’re not booking interior cleaning due to the weather, and I wasn’t asking for an exact price—just a rough estimate for my VW Passat 2016 to see if it aligns with my budget. Unfortunately, the call was ended abruptly before I could explain this.
I felt the tone of the conversation was dismissive, which left a negative impression. A polite explanation or even a ballpark figure would have been more helpful. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

Russ did an amazing job of removing the odour from a car we had bought online. Communications with him are excellent and he returned the car to us in a sparkling clean, fresh smelling condition.

Proclean did an amazing job for us on a recently purchased second hand car. We bought unseen from Cinch and wanted to keep the car because it was sound. However it came with a major flaw; a terrible smell of dog. It was also pretty dirty … More inside with stained seats, traces of pet hair etc. Russ worked diligently on all areas of the car to remove every trace of pet hair and all the stains. Best of all was he completly removed the dog smell due to the ozone treatment. We aren't sure this would be possible but the outcome was perfect. He was also full of good advice about other actions we could take. I would 100% recommend him.

We can clean and extract the most challenging of stains, accidental spillages and bad odours in most cars and vehicles, from milk, coffee, fizzy drinks, oil to sick. Your car will look and smell great inside and also be sanitised and healthier.
What are your rates - how much does it cost?

What are your payment terms?
Once the job has been completed we expect to be paid immediately unless special arrangements have been made. We accept cash, debit and credit cards and online bank transfer payments via Paypal and iZettle.
