I received a phone call from a lady in Fleet who was inspecting her property after an end of Tenancy clean by a local ‘professional’ cleaning company, getting ready for new tenants. As I inspected the stair carpet the lady asked:
In your opinion, would you say the cleaning company has cleaned the carpets?
I think the pictures answered her question… It just goes to show that there are many so called ‘professional’ General domestic cleaning companies who claim to be able to clean carpets…
I was horrified to learn how much the tenants had paid for the house to be cleaned… nearly £300!!!
These General cleaners who pass themselves off as professionals are ripping honest people off and leaving a trail of poor quality work behind them. The term ‘jack of all trades’ springs to mind!!!
