Russ cleaned and sealed our new Karndean floor - it looked good before but afterwards was even better. Russ was very professional, helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. After reading other reviews I would ask him to to do our carpets or upholstery when necessary too!

I consulted Russ as we had inherited a car which had been left closed up for several months. Someone had previously been sick in the car and it had been cleaned, mould had formed on a seat and the carpet. The car smelt badly. He explained in detail the options, the recommended treatment and the reasoning behind it. I left the car with Russ for 24 hours and he worked his magic. The entire interior of the car was cleaned even including removing spare wheel. The seats and seat belts are now spotless and like new. The unpleasant smell has disappeared. Russ was very professional, a real perfectionist. I definitely recommend him.

Within 2 days of contacting Russ he had called in at a convenient time to fit in round my work, assessed the carpet and stain and then removed the stain leaving the carpet looking great. Russ was quick to respond to emails even when they were sent outside of work hours and he was polite and friendly while he was here doing the work.

Russ was prompt, professional and did a great job on cleaning our sofa. Definitely give him a call before you attempt any google based DIY solution! I speak from experience - back away from the home cleaning products and give Russ a call first before you make it a lot worse!

A new car I was purchasing had a strong stale smell of cigarettes. I found Russ's details on the internet and called him from the dealership for advice. He was very helpful and I then asked him to come and work on the car. All the work they did has transformed the car and entirely got rid of the smell. We'd never had our sofas professionally cleaned so weren't sure where to start or what to expect. Three days later he came out to do the job and we can't recommend him highly enough. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about fabrics, carpets etc..   • How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
    Wool carpets typically take 2 hours to dry and synthetic fibres around 1 hour. Drying times are dependant on how dirty carpets are and if a lot of flushing is required.
    I have used local carpet cleaners I found on Facebook and my carpets were dirty again within weeks, will the same thing happen if we book you?
    This is called rapid re-soiling caused by detergent residues not being flushed from the carpet. We use a detergent-free cleaning product and hot, fresh water to flush out the dirt, much like rinsing shampoo from your hair. As a result your carpets will look and stay cleaner for longer!
  • Is it safe for my kids to play on the carpet after you have cleaned them?
    Our eco-safe carpet and upholstery cleaning agent will not harm people or pets making the carpets perfectly safe once cleaned.
    We need our flat cleaned as we are at the end of our tenancy, just looking for the cheapest price possible?
