S.P.M is a powerful chemical which contains absolutely no detergents, enzymes, bleaches or perfumes. It is totally safe on all carpets and contains a unique ‘oxidising’ element which helps to actively split the soils from the fibres, ready for the carpets to be flushed with clean water.
The advantages of using detergent-free chemicals are huge when cleaning carpets – Imagine washing your hair and rinsing your hair with soapy water, eventually when your hair is dry but it will be sticky with the soap residue. Dust and airborne debris will be attracted to the sticky residue just like steel to a magnet!
The picture above is of a greasy dirty restaurant carpet: The top left side of the picture shows a healthy, bright looking carpet after being steam cleaned, and on the right side of the picture the chemical is still active ‘splitting’ the soils.
