Before I could proceed to clean this carpet, all the make up had to be removed.
Removing make-up is relatively straight forward, the rule of thumb is never rub the effected area! always blot or dab. The chemicals used in order to successfully remove will depend on the type of make up.
Here is a picture I took before I had vacuumed and one of the same area with the make up removed and carpet steam cleaned.
