We were called out to attend to a coffee spillage that had occurred on the back seat of a BMW X5.
A whole cup of steaming hot, milky coffee soaked into the fabric and had started to cause an odour! First step was to dry vacuum the upholstery, once that was completed we then applied a special Bio cleaner to the area.
The Bio cleaner breaks down the bond between fibre and coffee, plus it helps to eliminate odour. It’s really important to apply just the required amount and with the help of our DA brush machine, we really worked the cleaning agent into the seat fabric.

The final stage was extraction, all the coffee was removed leaving a pleasant odour. This customer saved 100’s of pounds when she called ProSteamUK – the BMW dealer suggested a replacement seat!
